Requirements and Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, with preference given to those with home health care experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
