Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Chief Operating Officer to a growing company within FMCG. The COO will collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and people development.
Main areas of responsibility :
- Report to CEO
- P&L responsible
- Lead a team of 26 persons
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
- Oversee operations, human resources, accounting and partner with CEO in sales and procurement management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability
- Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners and other stakeholders across all areas
Required skills and qualifications :
About the process :
The assignment covers 100%, starting immediately and is expected to last for approx 8 months. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place continuously and interviews with the client company will be conducted in conjunction with that.
