We are looking for the right Administrative Assistant to join our team in preparation for our busiest season! Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a high energy front desk position. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- TOP PRIORITY - Answering a multi-line phone system with a friendly, outgoing tone
- Routing calls accordingly, take and deliver messages
- Eagerly and immediately greet customers/visitors in a helpful, friendly yet professional manner
- Secure the front desk and filter/screen visitors from entering back offices unannounced
- Filing and organizational tasks (organizational skills are a must!)
- Utilize MS Office Suite daily
- Updating files and records, electronically and hard copy
- Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Accepting employee applications
- Willingly assisting team with tasks as needed - may include copying, mailing, making binders, making phone calls, creating flyers, etc.
- Responsible for taking and tracking estimate requests, follow-ups and outcomes
- Event planning
- Keeping an inventory of supplies as well as ordering when needed with approval from management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Other assignments as needed.
- Be willing to grow in your position - with lots of opportunities to grow into a new one
- Willingness to work overtime as needed on approval by management
- Must be able to start sooner than summer. ***This position is not a fit for someone that cannot work full-time through Sept with minor exceptions. This is our busiest time. All hands are expected to be on deck.***

A positive, energetic, drama free, enthusiastic team player is a must in order to join our team. Must be able to abide by the dress code. Pay range is depending on experience, education and other qualifications as they pertain to this position.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, as well as any and all random and post-accident drug and alcohol tests, provide driving records upon request and have a clear criminal background to access military installations if necessary.
