Qualified applicants must:
- Have experience in residential roofing materials and managing a crew.
- Experience with flat roofing materials are a plus.
- Be able to effectively lead a team regardless of the size of the team or job.
- Perform duties with diligence and quality.
- Communicate professionally in writing, on phone, and in person.
- Be willing to work in the office and in the field.
- Work well with others and follow directions from upper management.
- Be willing to work Saturdays during peak season.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Have a valid driver's license. (CDL is a plus, but not required)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be 18 or over.
