Responsibilities :
Daily Retail Shop Operations
Social Media Marketing & Event Planning
Assist Retail Clients with Selections in Paint, Hardwood Flooring, Cabinetry, Furniture, and Accessories
Prepare and Oversee Custom Retail Client Orders
Qualifications :
Previous experience in Interior Design Retail Settings
Deadline and Detail-Oriented
AutoCad Skills and Cabinetry / Millwork Drawings are desired, Familiarity with Photoshop and Studio Designer are a Plus
Ability to Thrive in a Multi-Faceted, Creative Environment
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Retail Personality is Required!

Assist With Meeting Preparation
Yearly Planning
Sales / Promotions
Event Planning
Retail Supply Organization & Inventory Control
Market / Product Scouting
Seasonal Floor Display Designs
Overseeing Current Inventory
Overseeing Purchasing of New Inventory
Overseeing Retail Space Condition & Repairs
Organize Emporium Operations, Filing Systems & Create / Develop Standard Procedures
Oversee Additional Retail Employees
Overseeing Day to Day Tasks
Assist With Emporium Budget, Tracking Expenses
Procurement (Retail Items, specifically)
Assist Customers In Orders Through Emporium
Track Shipments, Schedule Deliveries
Ensure Goods Are Received In Good Standing
Marketing
Assist With Event Content, Planning and Deadlines
Help Create Social Media & Other Marketing Content
