Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between Operations Manager and Senior Designer
- Verify that orders are shipped, tracked, and communicated with team as appropriate
- Follow up on missing items
- Coordinate work orders, install dates, and punch items
- Support Senior Designer in Ridgeland office and meet regularly with Design and Operations teams
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in learning new software is also essential.
