Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative specializing in commercial furnishings, you will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the commercial interiors sector. Focusing on building relationships with architects, commercial real estate agents and corporate clients to promote tailored furniture solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic needs.
Duties
- Identify and engage prospective clients through research, outreach, and networking within target markets (office, healthcare, education and local government agencies
- Present product solutions and value propositions to decision makers in a consultative, solutions based approach
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to generate new revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal team (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Attend networking functions to expand market presence and client relationships
- Maintain accurate records in tracking client interactions, sales activity and pipeline progress
- Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations and competitor activity
Experience
- 2 or more of sales or client-facing experience (ideally in B2B, interiors, or design industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building and working together with our team
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Self motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn and grow within the commercial furnishings industry.
