Positional Responsibilities

Positional Responsibilities
- Coordinates and performs required functions consistent with quality, efficiency, accuracy and on time completion in line with company’s goals and objectives.
- Receives and reviews project and product specifications, ensures punch lists are performed timely, meeting all quality and completion time frame expectations.
- Performs cabinet repairs; touch up cabinet stain, paint; installation of parts; various responsibilities as punch lists or other directions dictate.
- Maintains open and constant communication with teams to report unresolved issues and if expected time frames will not be met.
- Utilizes knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and maintains a positive, productive work environment consistent with company’s goals and objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring all safety procedures are properly followed, striving for a goal of no accidents or injuries per calendar year.
- Responsible for ensuring all traffic laws are obeyed while driving company vehicle, to include but not limited to speed limits, defensive/safe driving, and courtesy on the road.
- Attends and participates in all required meetings, trainings, committees, or other assignments as required.
- Submits timely and accurate timecards, mileage, and reimbursement requests.
- Completes administrative tasks which may include preparing documents, copying, emailing, faxing, and making/receiving organization related telephone calls.
- Willingness to assist company, other departments, colleagues, and employee with other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Single Family construction, frame and frameless cabinetry, millwork, cabinetry and millwork installation, repair, finish and staining cabinet principles and practices.
- Knowledge of all safety principles and practices.
- Knowledge of computer/ tablet/smart phone software appropriate to the assignment, such as Word, Excel and Workday Time Keeping.
- Ability to safely utilize a company vehicle, maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record, cleanliness of company vehicle and tooling provided.
- Ability to manage complex situations to lead to a successful outcome.
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
- Ability to communicate effectively, digitally, orally and in writing.
- Ability to work effectively with others and to provide excellent customer service.

- Skill in, and knowledge of, cabinet construction and installation, millwork, finish, and staining.

- Two years of cabinet repair and installation experience, prefered. Finish carpentry skills and experience considered.
- A current Idaho Driver’s License and a current satisfactory 3 -5 year clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

- The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
- Employees are regularly required to travel between various company worksites, external meetings or other non-company locations.
- Full time with overtime as business needs dictate. Monday through Friday.
