Job Summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a CAD Programmer to support operations in our Granite & Stone Countertop Shop. The CAD Programmer will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, CNC machine programs, and digital templates for stone fabrication projects. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, CNC programming, and stone industry software to ensure precision and efficiency in countertop fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CAD drawings and CNC programs for stone countertop fabrication.
• Interpret blueprints, templates, and customer specifications to develop accurate cutting and fabrication plans.
• Work closely with saw operators, fabricators, and shop supervisors to ensure accurate material cuts and efficient workflow.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC machines and bridge saws for precise stone cutting.
• Ensure all CAD designs meet quality control standards and industry specifications.
• Maintain an organized digital file system for work orders and project templates.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve design or programming issues.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, CAD software updates, and CNC programming techniques.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, or other CAD software for stone fabrication.
• Knowledge of CNC programming for saws, routers, and fabrication equipment.
• Understanding of granite, quartz, marble, and engineered stone materials.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in stone countertop fabrication or manufacturing preferred.
