Dispatcher – Countertops Department
The Dispatcher for the Countertops Department is responsible for scheduling and dispatching shop work related to stone, quartz, granite, and marble projects. This role ensures that labor schedules are developed, maintained, and updated to optimize workflow and project efficiency.

Dispatcher – Countertops Department
The Dispatcher for the Countertops Department is responsible for scheduling and dispatching shop work related to stone, quartz, granite, and marble projects. This role ensures that labor schedules are developed, maintained, and updated to optimize workflow and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch shop and field crews for countertop fabrication and installation.
- Develop, maintain, and update daily labor schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing alternative solutions to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate with the shop team to ensure materials are prepared and ready for dispatch.
- Regularly review schedules with team members to incorporate timely and accurate updates.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed to support scheduling and dispatch operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dispatching or labor scheduling experience, preferably in construction, fabrication, or installation environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with stone, quartz, granite, and marble fabrication
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with field crews and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new scheduling software.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
