Essential Functions
- Oversee and manage the installation process on job sites, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Track and manage materials while ensuring accurate and high-quality installations.
- Coordinate with independent contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of work per builder requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct inspections to verify installation quality and address any issues.
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Train and mentor new field team members as needed.
- Assist the Customer Service Department with field-related inquiries as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, handheld devices, and tablets.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, contractors, and employees.
- Strong math skills to calculate measurements such as area, circumference, linear feet, yardage, and square footage.
- Ability to read and comprehend plans, builder communications, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
- Experience leading a team or crew in a construction environment.
- 3 years of experience in flooring trades, including tile, wood, vinyl, and carpet.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Minor lifting and carrying may be required.
- Work performed at construction job sites and office.
