Summary
Manage the pre-installation readiness, installation, and completion of flooring projects, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards in alignment with builder and customer expectations. The Field Manager will oversee installations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure job site efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and manage the installation process on job sites, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Track and manage materials while ensuring accurate and high-quality installations.
- Coordinate with independent contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of work per builder requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct inspections to verify installation quality and address any issues.
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Train and mentor new field team members as needed.
- Assist the Customer Service Department with field-related inquiries as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
