Position Summary
The Contracts Coordinator supports the Project and Assistant Project Managers with reviewing contracts, setting up the internal accounts and templates, and submitting monthly billing as required on each contract. This position also supports the Operations Analyst team with operations and inventory related tasks.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises and facilitates contract projects by reviewing all contracts, identifying requirements, communicating with appropriate parties (internal and external) and coordinating timely execution of contracts. Prepares and submits payment applications according to contract requirements. Monitors contract accounts for timely payment and collaborates with Management to minimize risk and ensure full payment is received.
- Supports Renovation group by contributing to regular project review meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to customer's satisfaction. Supports projects by providing scope review, cost information, preparing / updating estimates, and coordinating other elements of project setup.
- Collaborates with AR and Credit departments on contract payments and asses high-risk accounts. Maintains and provides weekly and monthly reporting on payment applications and outstanding change orders.
- Reviews master service and vendor agreements.
- Supports monthly and quarterly physical counts and adjustments for a selected market.
- Reviews and prepares monthly open orders review for a selected market.
