Field Manager - Flooring Installations
Position Overview: The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all flooring installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and compliance with company standards. This role combines all levels of field management into one position, requiring a broad skill set in managing teams, customer interactions, and project logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of flooring installation projects, from initial site assessments to final inspections.
- Manage a team of installers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality work.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, client expectations, and comply with industry regulations.
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise on-site, making quick decisions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of all projects, including timelines, materials used, and labor hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of flooring materials and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing projects and provide feedback to the installation team.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in flooring installation or a related field.
