Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Essential Functions

Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Develop and manage the company’s budgets and forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management.

Monitor and analyze financial performance compared to budgets and forecasts and communicate any variances to management.

Ensure appropriate accounting policies and procedures are in place and followed, including compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Help with the preparation of presentations and materials for investor meetings.

Education & Experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree​

5-7 years applicable job experience​

Skills & Competencies

Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes​

Strong communication skills, including written communication​

Experience with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial planning software.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
