The Architectural Millwork Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, developing project plans, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the millwork or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural millwork, construction techniques, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and project management software
- Experience with LEED certification and sustainable design practices is a plus
- Versatile and independent thinker with the ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule while building superior customer relationships
