We are seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bath Sales Specialist to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and GM
- Follow up on leads and generate new business
- Manage customers and sales from beginning to end of projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, kitchen/bath design, or design sales
- Experience in decorative plumbing sales, tile sales, kitchen/bath sales, or interior design
- Knowledgeable/experienced with design software
- Strong customer focus and results-driven
