- Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage showroom and outside staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with:
- College degree
- 5 years of proven experience in showroom management, luxury retail, or a related field
