Senior Project Coordinator - Interior Design | St Charles, IL

The Senior Project Coordinator is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and maintaining exceptional client and vendor relationships. This position focuses on managing furniture and finish orders, and coordinating installation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead project coordination efforts, juggle multiple priorities, and uphold high standards for customer service and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a project coordination role, preferably within the furniture dealership, design, or construction industry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar project management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and maintain effective communication and quality control.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
