We have an exciting opportunity for our client’s progressive, flexible, and inclusive company as a Sales Manager for their high-end Italian kitchen showroom in Miami.
We're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to oversee day-to-day sales activities, manage the showroom, and drive sales growth. If you're a go-getter with a knack for multi-tasking, problem-solving, and closing deals, we want you to help our client create stunning, cost-effective design solutions for our discerning clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred3 years of proven experience in design and luxury products, in interior design or related fieldsExperience presenting design proposals and negotiating project details with clients, designers, architectsExperience using AutoCAD is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Ability to create cost-effective design solutionsAbility to provide exceptional customer service throughout the design processExperience managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationshipsKnowledge of construction and manufacturing standards with connection to designProven track record of ability to excel in attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and the development of new prospectsStrong attention to detail skills and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBilingual (Spanish / English); Knowledge of Italian is a plusMust demonstrate good judgement and discretion when exposed to confidential informationCompensation and Benefits
