Bartender - Restaurants
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Bartender. Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill and The Lodge. Responsibilities and Expectations :
- Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
- Share menu highlights, details, and make personalized recommendations.
- Stay informed on the menu and be able to explain dishes and pairings to our members.
- Handle challenges gracefully, finding the path to yes.
- Set up the bar and prepare garnishes, mixers, and pre-batches.
- Uphold brand standards by contributing to daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service.
- Carefully follow all laws, club policies, and safety regulations with alcohol service.
- Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.
