Housekeeping Supervisor
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor reports to our Housekeeping Manager and helps lead our dedicated team in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for our members and guests. They are the go-to housekeeping leadership point for weekends and evenings. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is detail-oriented, passionate about cleanliness and enjoys working with and guiding a team to ensure exceptional service and high standards throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Maintain cleanliness of West Campus Buildings, including restrooms, locker rooms, member spaces, and workout areas.
- Conduct routine cleaning inspections, provide reports, and follow up with the team and Housekeeping Manager.
- Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Stay familiar with building and event schedules to provide clear direction.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain and restock restrooms, locker rooms, and Lodge (our restaurant) facilities, including weekend portering.
- Assist with Fieldhouse and Tennis Pavilion upkeep, including laundry, dusting, and surface cleaning.
- Keep carts, storage rooms, and equipment neat and organized.
- Follow assignments from the Housekeeping Manager and complete other duties as needed.
Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of housekeeping processes
- Experience with guest service
- Ability to speak English is necessary to converse with our team members, members, and guests

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry trays and/or move up to approximately 50-100 pounds.
- Ability to move, stand, and walk for long periods of time during shift.
