• Property Operations & Oversight:
• Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant management.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, staff, corporate personnel, vendors, and community partners.
• Promote a culture of respect, service, and hospitality throughout the property.
• Resident Relations & Customer Service:
• Foster a welcoming, community-oriented environment for all residents.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Organize and support events or initiatives that boost resident satisfaction and retention.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Guide and supervise onsite staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support property needs.
