Director of Operations
InterLink Recovery Services is seeking a highly motivated Director of Operations to join its growing team! This is a brand new position to support our operation as we continue to expand!
The Director of Operations will report directly to the CEO and oversee the daily operations of the company, including management of staff, management of the assets of the company, human resources, finance, and sales. This role involves strategic planning, optimizing business processes, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operations of all locations of the company, ensuring that all are operating under the policies and procedures set forth by leadership team.
- Oversees the Operations Manager and Human Resources of company including recruiting and hiring, as needed.
- Provides mentorship to team members to support growth and development.
- Responsible for ensuring all team members are being held accountable to their responsibilities and duties.
- Creates and implements systems, procedures, including reporting guidelines, that are needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Identifies, creates, and establishes KPIs and company and employee goals.
- Ensures achievement of KPIs and goals.
- Prepares operational, management, and employee performance reports (KPIs, metrics, etc.).
- Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to operations, reporting to management any variances.
- Assists management in driving sustainable growth and minimizing losses.
- Ensures company is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Travels to multiple lot locations as needed.
- Leads community outreach and business relations for company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Director of Operations Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 5-8 years’ business and employee management experience with an understanding of all facets of business management
- Repossession industry experience highly desired.
- Detail oriented, self-starter
- Exceptional track record of leadership
- Superior project management skills
- Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT/business infrastructure
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
