Our client is seeking a talented Business Litigation Senior Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Austin office. Their practice covers a wide range of areas, including real estate, trademarks and copyrights, securities, insurance, franchisor/franchisee disputes, and corporate and partnership litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex business litigation matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Manage real estate litigation, including developer disputes, broker defense, lender litigation, and real estate partnership conflicts.
- Conduct hearings and depositions with confidence and handle trial-related tasks with reasonable oversight.
- Draft and review complex legal documents with precision.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting high standards of performance and client service.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong trial skills, including hearings, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
- Expertise in complex business and real estate litigation.
- Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities.
- Admitted to practice in Texas.
