Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple legal matters at various stages of litigation, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
- Participate in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, ensuring legal strategies align with their objectives.
- Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and professional representation.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve successful case outcomes.
- Contribute to business development and growth by identifying opportunities and fostering client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm, with a focus on commercial litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
