Responsibilities :
- Advise clients, both public and private companies, on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other high-level corporate transactions.
- Provide counsel on private equity, venture capital, and commercial finance matters, including syndicated lending and underwritten offerings.
- Manage and close complex transactions across a range of industries such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, life sciences, aviation, banking, energy, health care, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications.
- Support clients in managing day-to-day corporate operations and navigating general corporate matters.
