Corporate Associate

Our client’s Tampa office has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Mid-Level Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This is a unique chance to join a premier international law firm. Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactions with an emphasis on technology companies.
• Work closely with clients on M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate governance documents, commercial agreements, and transaction-related documents.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate structuring, financing, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong academic record with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibilities and manage complex transactions.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with technology companies and a solid transactional background.
• Must be a member of The Florida Bar or eligible for membership and willing to sit for the next Florida Bar examination.
