A Top 30 AM Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their transactional practice in San Francisco.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team involving our market leading Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience
- A strong interest in shareholder engagement and activism issues and corporate governance, along with experience in securities law and mergers & acquisitions
- J.D. - qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
The yearly salary range for this position is $225 000 - $435 000
