An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Tier 1 Labor & Employment Group in their New York office.
The Role
Their employment lawyers, and expect candidates to have, a have a wealth of knowledge in understanding of employment litigation, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, misappropriation of trade secrets, wage and hour violations, and various other employment-related issues. Any litigation experience is also a plus but not necessary.
The Candidate
- Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience in a Labor & Employment group of a top law firm.
- Juris Doctor and New York Bar required.
- Strong negotiating, drafting, and teamwork skills are necessary.
