IP Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Associate to join their thriving IP Litigation practice group in Austin. Their team frequently handles high-profile litigation for well-known clients and offers a clear path toward advancement within the firm. Responsibilities:

• Handle complex patent litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Work closely with experienced litigators on high-profile cases for prominent clients.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on IP litigation matters.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate in-office with a seasoned and supportive team to ensure the highest quality legal representation.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IP Litigation experience with a focus on patent litigation.
• Experience handling sophisticated legal matters at a highly regarded law firm.
• Exceptional legal writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative, in-office environment with mentorship and training opportunities.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation practice.
