Our client is a Top 50Am Law firm who has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel or Senior Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Department in the New Jersey office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ideal candidates will have experience counseling New Jersey and New York employers in all employment subject matters including wage and hour, reasonable accommodations, leave, noncompete and non-solicit enforcement.
- Experience drafting handbooks, employment agreements and restrictive covenant agreements
- Litigation experience a plus but the position will be primarily counseling.
