Litigation Partner

Join a leading team of litigators at our client’s Miami office, where they tackle complex disputes involving high-stakes legal issues and novel challenges that push the boundaries of established case law. Their Litigation department is at the forefront of delivering exceptional results for sophisticated clients, particularly in the financial services and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including commercial disputes, white-collar investigations, and class action lawsuits.
• Represent clients across various industries, with a focus on financial services and healthcare, in all stages of litigation, from initial investigation to trial.
• Collaborate with a team of former prosecutors and seasoned litigators to conduct high-level internal and criminal investigations, providing reports to boards or C-suite executives.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and risk management, helping them proactively avoid litigation where possible.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning legal strategies with clients’ specific business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Extensive litigation experience, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, white-collar investigations, or class actions.
• Government or prosecutorial experience, particularly with federal or state agencies, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes litigation and deliver outstanding results.
• Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to align legal strategies with clients’ commercial objectives.
