Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior, core deal team member on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of industries, including entertainment, technology, fashion, fintech, and life sciences.
- Work directly with clients, partners, and teams across global offices to execute complex, high-profile deals.
- Lead and mentor junior associates to ensure seamless project execution and professional growth.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and success of our client’s elite corporate group in Los Angeles.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience specialising in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate transactional matters.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier law school and admission to the California Bar.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex and high-stakes legal matters.
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a commitment to mentoring and collaboration.
