Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement strategies for wealth preservation and transfer.
• Structure trusts and inheritances for spouses, partners, and future generations.
• Protect client assets from creditors and minimise tax liabilities.
• Advise on business succession planning and philanthropic endeavors.
• Navigate complex multi-jurisdictional tax and non-tax issues for global families.
• Guide clients through probate avoidance and estate administration.
• Resolve family conflicts, estate disputes, and controversies with taxing and regulatory authorities.
• Build and nurture relationships with trustees, financial institutions, nonprofits, and other stakeholders involved in wealth administration.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida (or eligible for admission).
• Extensive experience in private wealth law, with a focus on trusts, estates, and tax planning.
• Proven track record in advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional tax issues and asset protection strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
