A prestigious top Am law 30 firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with experience in the areas of energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work (relating to renewables, power, oil & gas and/or infrastructure), with significant experience in debt and/or tax equity project and other energy-related leveraged financing transactions, and other energy and infrastructure-related financing and M&A transactions.
J.D degree is required.
