Responsibilities:

Deal effectively with residents, public and co-workers.

Supervise business office staff.

Organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines.

Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail

Work across departments to achieve positive outcomes for residents and families
Requirements:

Prior accounting experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is required;

Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and private insurance;

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;

Strong working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines;

Knowledge of nursing home business functions.

Must qualify for company insurance, pass DMV check, practice good defensive skills.
