Duties

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical systems, including logic controllers.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
• Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area and tools.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests regarding facility issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and schematics is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
