Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical systems, including logic controllers.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area and tools.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests regarding facility issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and schematics is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
