CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with CFO to provide thought leadership and perspective towards optimal Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Clinician compensation agreements and plans.
- Lead and perform all calculations associated with both shareholder, non-shareholder Medical Staffs, and Advanced Practice Clinician employment agreement and compensation plans and submit to payroll timely and accurately.
- Conduct calculations related to Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Clinician productivity and performance compensation incentives.
- Assure that all compensation policies are fulfilled, and that associated documentation is maintained in an orderly way.
- Utilizing multiple survey instruments and accepted methodology, performs annual fair-market-valuation on all Medical Staffs and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Annually updates and forecasts selected data from multiple survey instruments on Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Clinician compensation, productivity, empanelment, and net patient service revenue.
- Collaborate with Benefits Administrator for leaves of absence and to effect necessary changes to Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Clinician compensation.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop and streamline Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Clinician productivity and performance compensation dashboards.
- Suggest to CFO and Director, workflow and process improvements that enhance timely transparency and access of information to Medical Staffs and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights under HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines and InterMed policies.
- Perform other duties to support the mission, vision and values of InterMed.
