ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work closely with Acute Care Managers on weekend operations and process improvement.
• Work closely with Central Intake Lead to ensure clear communication and collaboration across teams
• Orient new staff
• Manage staffing issues (call outs, early releases) and provide direct supervision and support
• Manage provider schedules and blocks in EPC in collaboration with CI Lead
• Manage patient issues and concerns
• Assist staff / providers as necessary – room patients, nurse visits etc.
• Serve as back up to CA Floats with buckets
• Communicate with Urgent Care as needed in terms of patient flow & nurse visits
• Collaborate with the CI Lead to trouble shoot facility & IT issues
• Provide back up support to the CI Lead as needed
• Perform Clinical Assistant duties in conjunction with Lead responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities for staff to engage in additional projects if the clinics are slow or have low patient volume and assigning tasks accordingly (i.e. exception reports, POD buckets, etc.)
• Participate in monthly Lead meetings to problem solve and improve workflows and processes related to weekend operations
• Other responsibilities as directed by coordinator or manager
