- This is a hybrid role, that will meet with clients throughout the Central and Southwest Oregon Region
- Travel throughout the Central and Southwest Oregon Territory is required.
Seeking Account Managers, Fully Insured who will:
- Be responsible for retaining and servicing assigned commercial groups.
- Provide strategic account oversight, annual renewal negotiations and annual contract review.
- Consult with producers and groups and identifying opportunities to expand the Health Plan services and relationships.
- Be a part of an Account Management Team that manages approximately $500 million of insured premium revenue, with each Account Manager averaging more than $75 million annual revenue contribution.
- Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and financial performance targets
- Work with assigned groups including large employers, national accounts, associations and trusts
REQUIRED:
- Oregon State Insurance License
- Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or industry related sales and / or service with an emphasis on direct, in person client contact required.
- Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
