Manager Behavioral Health - Emergency - Acute Care - Everett, Washington **Relocation Available to $178,568

• 5 or more years of experience in providing direct clinical care of adults with behavioral health conditions
• 2 or more years of management experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated supervisory competence and program management

• Provides leadership at the clinical level in the implementation and oversight of Emergency Department & Acute Care behavioral health services.  
• While working closely with the team of Behavioral Health Specialists, the position collaborates with various healthcare providers, leaders and managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care services.  
• Leads team to deliver social work services, clinical social work, psychotherapy, collaborative care, psychiatry, behavioral health crisis services, and coordination of resources for patients in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards of care.
• Provides clinical supervision to caregivers working towards social work or mental health counselor licensure and oversees internship and practicum placements of social workers and mental health counselors.   

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field

• Upon hire: Washington Psychologist License
• 5 years Direct clinical care of adults with behavioral health conditions
• 2 years of management experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated supervisory competence and program management

• 2 years Management experience in clinical setting with demonstrated supervisory competence and program management
• Demonstrated experience organizing and implementing behavioral health services including Department of Health (DOH) and DNV, compliant coding, documentation, and billing requirements and standards.
