Looking for a Lead Infor Syteline Analyst. You will report to the IT Site Manager and will have an onsite work schedule at our business unit, located in Mineral Wells, TX. The business unit delivers customer-focused technologies and customized solutions for Special Mission, Military & Defense, Military Trainer, Business, and General Aviation industries.
As an ERP Lead Analyst, you will:
- Maintain and manage the Infor SyteLine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Coordinate and direct all activities associated with ERP operations, enhancements, customizations, and troubleshooting.
- Establish and maintain measures necessary to minimize downtime within established budgets and timelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use ERP technology for supporting manufacturing and associated business process. Independently, or coordinating with other ERP support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to satisfy requirements with existing tools or extend ERP to add capabilities.
- Write or extend reports.
- Troubleshoot data issues.
- Learn and support custom software extensions.
- Refactor and consolidate legacy customizations.
- Evaluate and install vendor patches.
- Support users.
- Suggest process, performance, or technical improvements.
- Help guide ERP upgrades or migrations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 to 8 years of ERP platform experience, showing progressively increasing responsibilities and achievements working with ERP platforms.
- History of successful management of major ERP functions within Infor SyteLine (also known as Cloudsuite Industrial).
- Database maintenance and data access, ideally SQL Server.
- Fundamentals of object-oriented programming. At least basic proficiency in C# and VB.NET or demonstrated ability to master fundamentals of new languages quickly
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
- Experience translating non-technical requests to process and automation.
- Knowledge of web-based data transfer protocols.
