Intermediate District 287 is looking for School Psychologists for an opening on our Nexus Team!
Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12, as well as transition age students (18-22 years old), from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs, primarily focused on setting IV special education, that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is based on Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $48,819 - $96,833 (depending on experience and education)

Position Details:
- Collaborate with team members and member district teams to provide customized support to increase student learning outcomes
- Target the academic, behavioral and social emotional learning outcomes of all students with an intentional focus on racial equity and trauma-responsive practices
- Provide problem-solving consultation at IEP meetings
- Build capacity of educators by coaching evidenced-based practices

Requirements:
- Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree or doctorate degree in school psychology or a degree in Special Education from an accredited college or university
- Licensed by the Professional Educator Licensing Standards Board (PELSB) as a School Psychologist or as a teacher in a Special Education field (ABS, EBD, ASD, DCD) or related field. Licensure and certification must relate directly to assignment.
