Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement. This role is responsible for mentoring sales representatives, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve and exceed departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture through ongoing coaching, training, and career development opportunities.
- Implement and maintain CRM best practices to ensure accurate data tracking and pipeline management.
- Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience, fostering strong client relationships.
- Address customer concerns and escalate isues when necessary to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Manage a high volume workload within a deadline driven call center environment (Account Manager Specific)
- Provide coaching and structured development plans to support sales representatives in reaching their full potential and achieving departmental performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an inside sales role, with a focus on cold calling and prospecting for new business.
- Strong understanding of territory management and the ability to protect and grow assigned territories.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and develop sales professionals to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software (E.G., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho) and other sales tools to manage prospects and track performance.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Office, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent or Bi-Lingual in Spanish
