PRIMARY ROLE:
Responsible for supporting the E-rate application processing under the direction of the E-rate Program
Manager. Ensure compliance, quality assurance and integrity of USAC program rules and mandatory timelines
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
Post high school education in a related field or equivalent training, knowledge and experience
Basic knowledge of broadband products and services preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
FCC E-Rate Program Filings:
Completes and submits FCC E-rate related forms.
Manages responses to USAC's Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews, BCAP, and Program Quality
Assurance (PQA) audits.
Tracks service delivery and invoicing due dates, files extensions, manages SPIN changes, and handles
service substitutions.
Documentation Management:
Maintains accurate records of competitive bidding documents, contracts, applications, and
reimbursements per FCC rules.
Manages customer data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to EPC profiles annually.
Oversees Account Administrator changes in EPC, initiating and tracking the process.
Customer Outreach and Relationship Management:
Conducts outreach to prospective customers, prepares presentations, and negotiates IGAs.
Manages the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition of records and
documentation.
Serves as the point of contact between IMESD customers, USAC, and vendors for program-related
information.
Provides problem resolution and maintains positive relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
Conducts one-on-one training for new or replacement district staff members.
Software and Database Maintenance:
Utilizes proprietary program software to maintain customer databases with accuracy and attention to
detail.
Project Support and Task Management:
Completes assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinates work schedules to meet seasonal and emergency demands related to E-Rate processing.
Appeals and Program Adjustments:
Prepares and submits USAC and FCC appeals when necessary.
Identifies program changes and adjusts internal procedures to accommodate them.
Confidentiality and Integrity:
Handles sensitive and privileged information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.
IGA Renewals and Training:
Tracks and manages IGA renewals, working closely with IMESD Contract Analyst.
Attends relevant in-person or online training sessions to stay updated on program changes.

Pay: $57,056.00 - $65,700.00 per year
