Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Telemetry team at Intermountain Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses. This role requires collaboration with healthcare team members, utilization of the nursing process, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. A valid Montana RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree within a specified timeframe are required. National Certification in the area of practice is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
- Participate in clinical team conferences
This is a full-time, night shift position that requires regular attendance during scheduled business hours or shifts. We offer a competitive salary range of $32.73-$78.17 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
