About the Position:
As a Heart Failure Cardiologist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by providing expert care to patients with complex heart failure conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including cardiac PET-CT, Pyrophosphate scintigraphy, and cardiac MRI, allowing you to stay at the forefront of heart failure management.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert medical care to patients with complex heart failure conditions
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in heart failure management and share knowledge with colleagues
Requirements:
* Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Cardiology with a focus on Heart Failure
* Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain
* U.S. ACGME Residency
