Job Description
Mammography Technologist Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic mammography procedures to detect breast tissue abnormalities.
- Operate mammographic equipment safely while ensuring patient care and documentation compliance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing independent judgment, creativity, and technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ARRT registration.
- Current Rad Tech license in the state of practice.
- Must meet and maintain mammography specific ACR & FDA/MQSA requirements.
- Must meet and maintain the ARRT Advanced Mammography Certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
