Clinical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations in the Emergency Department
- Leadership of staff and resources to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Current license to practice in the state of assigned position (or ability to obtain license)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
- Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within two years of hire
- Leadership experience - leading committees, councils, or professional organizations
